During our stay at Pullman, we were impressed by the amazing location and the cleanliness of the resort. The food and drinks offered were top-notch, with a good variety of options to choose from. We also found the activities provided to be enjoyable and engaging. Special mention goes to the spa therapist Jessica and the bartenders Mathew and Daniel, who made our experience even more memorable with their excellent service.

Another issue was the lack of visibility from the management, as we didn't have the opportunity to meet them during our stay. However, the junior staff tried their best to assist us.

The resort exceeded our expectations with its all-inclusive packages and amazing swimming and snorkeling spots. There were six different restaurants to choose from, all offering top quality food. We also loved the positive attitude of the staff, who were always welcoming and eager to help. We particularly enjoyed the amazing water sports opportunities, including jet skiing and SUP boarding. The location was perfect for us, with a stunning natural setting and plenty of facilities to keep us happy during our stay.

Transportation was a bit of a letdown, with long and arduous journeys from the airport that meant that we lost valuable time on our break. It would have been nice to see more variety and quality in the wine selection.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was breathtaking with beautiful views of nature all around us.

This hotel offers an impressive all-inclusive package with exclusive amenities that exceed expectations for a 5-star resort. The swimming place is super with stunning coral reefs and abundant marine life. The staff are attentive and go beyond the call of duty. The vegetarian restaurant has unbelievably tasty food, while the other dining options offer a variety of international dishes including wild crabs and fish.

Although the activities offered are great, some extra payment may apply, which can be misleading. Renting two villas for a family of five following the hotel policy is a minor issue.

Our stay was absolutely stunning with plenty of activities to enjoy, especially snorkeling and water sports. The food was beyond expectations with a great variety of choices from local dishes to international cuisine. The staff was top-notch, always welcoming and willing to cater to our needs. We also appreciated the stunning natural beauty of the location and the clean facilities.

Our transfer from the airport was complicated and took quite a long time. This meant that our first day was mostly lost in travel, and we were disappointed that we could not enjoy the beach due to the abundance of baby sharks.

On this island, guests can enjoy up to 6 restaurants that cater to different tastes, and the location offers a beautiful natural setting with clear waters and a fantastic view. The villas are spacious and clean, and some even come with a private pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering personalized service to make guests feel at home.

Some guests have complained about the transportation to the island being time-consuming and inconvenient.
